To facilitate these sessions, Apple called on a team “Diverse and inclusive” of coaches. Always in a desire to bring together, the firm specifies that it targets a public “Both knowledgeable and novice” and thus offers different options during training. Thus, it is possible to model your pace on that of the coach of your choice according to your level. In each class, the coach in the center of the screen leads the session while the one on the right puts more effort and when the one on the left goes slower. With this rather common format, Apple tries to meet the expectations of beginners to the most athletic.

Note that classes for the elderly or pregnant women are also offered. Well seen.
